Mala meditation Workshops

Time: 5 hrs | Investment: $160 pp

This will be a beautiful day of indulging in the sacredness of creating a unique piece to treasure. You will be welcomed into a beautiful, calming sacred space, enhancing the spiritual journey of creating your very own personal Mala. We will be creating mindfully with peaceful intentions as we bead and knot. Grounding and centering bringing a depth and meaning to the creative process of building your very own unique Mala with thoughtfulness and care. 🙏

·      Energetic cleansing and chai

·      Opening meditation

·      Significance and use of your Mala

·      Blessing and cleansing of our gemstones 

·      Mindfulness & intention during the creative process

·      Break for light snacks and tea

·      Sealing our journey with Japa Meditation.  Using our Mala as a tool to assist in counting our mantra 108 times. 

Once you have decided to book you will be given a Custom Mala Workshop Form to  choose your gemstones which needs to be returned to me 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.

A Mala Necklace is a string of 108 beads made from gemstones, sandalwood or seeds.  Also referred to as prayer beads. Used as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation or count mantras in sets of 108 repetitions.
