A beautiful nurturing hour of bliss, relaxing your nervous system with hands on channeling of the divine universal energy of Reiki, followed by a chakra balance with sound.  

What you can expect from your treatment:

While laying on a massage table you will be guided with your breath to bring you into deep relaxation. Pure essential oils will be used to enhance the process.  Once you are relaxed and open to receive, I will channel the healing energy of Reiki through hand placements on the body. 

To compliment your treatment, I will use the power of sound specifically on each of the chakras, bringing you into balance. 

This is a gentle nurturing modality to aid you in de-stressing and relaxing your nervous system.  You can expect to feel calm and light after your treatment. 

All living things radiate electricity, light as energy and warmth.

It is the life force, known as Prana in India, the Chinese describe it as Chi, and in Japan it is known as Ki. It is within and all around us and is the vital essence of life itself. Reiki is universal life force energy, Rei = universal or sacred, Ki = energy.

Ki is the essential life force of the earth, the planets and the stars. Everything alive contains Ki and radiates it – it is the biomagnetic energy of the aura.

A Reiki treatment will relax and calm you while relieving stress and anxiety. In this state of peace, positive thought patterns of harmony and well being emerge, which affects you all the way down to a cellular level. Reiki flows through you as it cleanses and balances all negativity that has been stored in and around the physical body. Promoting health and vitality. You will leave a treatment feeling peaceful and relaxed.
